N3 is looking for a Telesales Solution Specialist – Datacenter to join its team.

Description:

The Telesales Solution Specialist is a pre-sales role with specialized skills who works with Microsoft’s internal account teams to identify and drive opportunities in targeted workloads. The key goal of a TSS is to increase incremental sales volume of specific products, especially those in compete areas, through the generation of opportunities that result in customer licensing wins for that product or solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal account managers to further qualify opportunities and eventually to engage a partner to help close the deal.
  • Works primarily in the 0-40% sales stage.
  • Assign opportunities to designated partners based on skill, ability and customer preference.
  • Follow up with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) on lead status whilst helping to remove any sales blockers.
  • Ensure all deals are logged and tracked, highlight relevant case study opportunities to the relevant contacts.
  • Follow up on Target Campaigns, Industry Campaigns, Product Campaign and Launches, Segment Territory.
  • Proactively identify & prospect opportunities as part of the Microsoft’s Corporate Tele-Managed team.
  • Understand clients’ infrastructure, identify pain points/business needs
  • BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, & Timeframe) score then hand-off to partner network for deal pursuit.
  • Report & monitor on-going pipeline across relevant workloads.

Requirements:

  • Studies related in Computer Science , Systems or related field
  • 1+year experience in Sales & Marketing or related field
  • Experience on system management software preferably on Windows
  • Cloud Knowledge
  • Advanced English skills- speaking, writing & reading
  • Excellent writing and oral skills in Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Basics of Microsoft Solution Selling Process (MSPP) and Opportunities Lifecycle preferable
  • BANT Model preferable
  • Basic Knowledge about Microsoft Products and Solutions preferable
  • Volume Licensing, Business Ready Licensing preferable
